Psychology & Therapy
Supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges.
About Himadri
Not a CV. A conversation about why this space exists, and why these stories matter.
A simple introduction
I’m a psychology practitioner, therapist, writer, facilitator, and lifelong student of human behaviour. For more than two decades, I have worked with young people, parents, educators, and communities across India, listening to their stories and helping them navigate some of life’s most difficult questions.
But this space is not really about my professional titles. It is about conversations, the stories we carry, and the search for meaning, resilience, connection, and hope.
“For most of my life, I have listened to people’s stories. What I have learned is that beneath our different lives, many of us are searching for the same things: connection, meaning, hope, and the courage to keep going.”
Why Still Becoming exists
A few years ago, I began noticing something. Many people were surrounded by information but starved of meaningful conversation. We were communicating constantly, yet often felt unheard. Connected to hundreds of people, yet lonely. Busy, yet disconnected from ourselves.
Still Becoming emerged from a simple desire: to create a space where people could pause, reflect, and explore the questions that matter. Not to provide easy answers, but to encourage deeper reflection.
The work I do
Therapy, youth wellbeing, writing, and group experiences are different doors into the same human questions.
Supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges.
Helping young people build resilience, emotional strength, and self-awareness.
Exploring human experiences through books, articles, and fiction.
Creating spaces such as Brewed Fridays and North of Noise where people can connect, reflect, and grow.
What I believe
I believe people are often carrying far more than we can see.
I believe meaningful conversations can change lives.
I believe resilience can be learned.
I believe vulnerability is a strength.
I believe stories help us understand ourselves and each other.
I believe we do not need to have everything figured out to move forward.
